Within 14 days you can initiate a return here.
For returns within Germany, we are happy to provide a DHL return label. You are always free to arrange your own return shipment; for international returns this is required.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping.

which was used for the order. If you are unsure, then see to which address the order confirmation email was sent.
