TRI-C Sports
We handcraft custom carbon products in Schleswig-Holstein. The accessories for triathlon bikes simply didn't meet our own requirements and desires. Our first step towards achieving better results was an improved, extended carbon armrest – developed to offer better support, more comfort, and more performance. Our goal is to significantly improve the riding experience for all athletes. High-quality accessories, tailored to your personal best and thus for fun in sports. As a start-up and a young team of enthusiastic athletes, we want to offer you, the athlete, a fantastic experience.
The team
Lukas Schnödewind
Lukas came up with the idea for the TRI-C arm sleeve as an age grouper on his way to the World Championships in Hawaii. Since completing his engineering studies, he has focused intensively on the design and development of our products, as well as his career as a professional triathlete. With many ideas and concepts in mind, he is always motivated to achieve ambitious goals.
Bo Jesper Gerth
After studying business administration and drawing on his extensive work experience, Bo, with his creative concepts and clear mind, is responsible for the company's external image and financial aspects. He hasn't yet been seen at the start line of a triathlon competition, but the TRI-C equipment impresses him anew on every bike ride.
Lennart Schnödewind
Our Head of Production always has his hands full. The sports science graduate can often be found at the start line of an Ironman race, but Lenni's favorite weekend activity is riding his gravel bike through nature for hours on end.
Lasse Petersen
He successfully competed in competitive swimming with Lukas, Bo, and Lennart. In addition to his engineering studies, Lasse is always there at TRI-C, wherever he's needed. Whether it's CAD modeling, mold making, painting, or product presentations on social media.
Patrick Staves
Patrick is a freelance cameraman, editor, drone pilot, and media producer from Kiel, a state-certified photo designer, and a graduate multimedia producer (BA 2013). Since 2015, he has been working freelance for agencies, production companies, and industrial clients worldwide... our top freelancer for everything related to footage and our highest recommendation for any media project. Alex Staack
Physiotherapist, bike fitter, Ironman. Alex offers you the opportunity to optimally adjust your bike on-site. In addition to a physiotherapy assessment for the best ergonomic position, he can also give you tips on optimal aerodynamics on the bike. You can book appointments under Contact and attend them at Alex's practice or directly at our office in Osterrönfeld.

Our core business is triathlon . As a team of diverse sports enthusiasts, we are also passionate about water sports. Our in-house production, which encompasses all steps from design to distribution, gives us the opportunity to flexibly apply our expertise.
