Start the return process via our returns portal.
There you can initiate a return with the necessary information, provided the order is within the 14-day period.
We'll automatically provide you with a DHL return label. You can print it out or show the QR code to DHL. Outside of Germany, you'll need to arrange for the return shipment yourself.
As a young start-up, we unfortunately cannot cover return shipping costs. The cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund amount.

Right of withdrawal
For orders from TRI-C, the statutory right of withdrawal within the European Union applies, with a period of 14 days from receipt of the goods. Please note that this right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products such as our custom cockpits . We also reserve the right to exclude withdrawal for other custom-made products, depending on the product.
Returned items must be in new, unused condition . Further information and the cancellation form can be found in our cancellation policy . The quick and easy way to initiate the return is to click on the TRI-C Return Portal button.
